La Rochelle Ventures (LRV) is an investment and advisory firm setup by Mr Naresh Kumra, an experienced business leader, management consultant and investor. Mr Kumra most recently transformed Asia Pacific business of an NYSE-listed industrial and technology company. Previously, he was an Associate Partner with global management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company; and worked with private equity firms and businesses in a variety of industries.
LRV’s advisory activities focus on Asian or Western companies targeting Asian markets, or Asian companies going Global. We first work closely with the company management to develop a pragmatic strategy for significant shareholder value creation, and then help drive strategic and operational execution. For private equity firms, LRV offers due-diligence and post-investment value-creation advisory services and support. Our focus is on tangible results, and we therefore seek to tie our incentives with success and often take equity positions.
LRV’s investment activities focus primarily on businesses that we are engaged with in an advisory relationship. Occasionally, we co-invest in situations actively led/managed by our trusted business partners.
LRV is incorporated in Hong Kong as a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
